Why was I charged 15% when I bought Sam and Max season 2 but been charged 17.5% on SBCGFAP?

I think you have over taxed me by 2.5%

    It's because you bought Sam & Max Season Two when we were contracting our store through a vendor who had a European office, which made them eligible for a lower VAT rate.

    We now run our own store, and the rate we are required to collect is 17.5%.

    And are you registered in the UK?

    Why couldn't you register in Luxenburg(spelling?)? Then you could charge 15 instead of 17.5%.

    If I lived in Denmark would I have been charged 25% or 17.5%? Just want to know if you are charging EU customers the same tax or varying it across the EU.

    What is your VAT number?
