Episode 4.. spoilers?

Okay, so, we all know Vivec, well, I do. He's boatmaster on Youtube, known for exploring the game files, model swapping, action swapping ect. What has happened though, well, from all the evidence I have gathered up, is that he found decisions for episode 4 in the files, and gave them to someone. And someone spread them around.

What I'm asking, is that is it okay if I could see them? Or at least be told about them. (If it's okay, and not breaking any rules at all). I'm not one to care about spoilers, I'm just really curious. So, if it's okay, can someone please explain to me what fully happened and what the files were? ONLY if it's not breaking any rules or violations. Thanks.

    What's so fun in playing the game then if you know what's gonna happen? It's like a second playthrough.

    We'd like to ask that people just let the discussion drop.

    It was somebody innocently asking for the spoilers and publicly posting them on Twitter (allowing trolls to see them and post them here) that caused this in the first place.
