Examples of foreshadowing in TWD season 2
In the beginning of Episode 3, If you mention to Carver about your parents and the Walkie-Talkie, "Everyone's parents are dead, that doesn't make you special" then Sarah responds with, "My dad's still alive."
Example from Megami. I had my own but they were horrible :/

But I like number 7. They had to have done that for a reason.
So how the fuck am I wrong? I didn't even need a dictionary but i copied and pasted the definition for you rude people
"Sarita asking Clem if Kenny changed- Foreshadows that Kenny has indeed changed and will do all to protect the group" How is that foreshadowing? Care to explain.
A few of the obvious examples:
"2. 16 months later/Christa's baby- Foreshadows that Clem delivered Christa's baby and probably gave it to someone she trusts. They will perhaps be in Wellington too
11. Why Jane shot Troy in the groin- Foreshadows that Troy was sexually assaulting her and was abusive off screen. ( Usually females who get sexually assaulted remember their abuser and shoot off their male parts so they won't be able to sexually assault anymore
15. Kenny's blind eye- Foreshadows he will only see with one eye and will be a pirate lol
22. Girl on can of peaches- Foreshadows that Clem is supposed to resemble the girl on the can peaches
24. Clem patching herself up- Foreshadows that over the 16 months Christa taught Clem how to patch herself up"
These are not foreshadowing. Most of them are in the past, and as such cannot be foreshadowing.
A lot of the other points you made don't make a lot of sense either. I'm not trying to be a dick, but saying that these things are foreshadowing would be like saying: Lee was in a police car with handcuffs, this foreshadows that he did something illegal. It's not foreshadowing, it's obvious. A lot of these are common sense or they just don't make sense.
InfiniteDawn is right, you should look up what foreshadowing means.
A side note, you saying "I don't need no dictionary" cracked me up. The irony is delicious.
HAHA WHAT
Sarita: "has Kenny changed?" does not equal foreshadowing that Kenny has changed.
Why is it that you always make me laugh XD

'STILL' It clearly foreshadows something wrong will happen to Carlos.
an unintelligible slur to describe something/anything that is otherwise inexplicable. For example, when confused, baffled, and/or compounded over a situation–one may exclaim, "OOGA, BOOGA!"
