Walter's line in previously on TWD episode 3

edited May 2014 in The Walking Dead
On the previously on TWD for episode 3, Walter has an extra line I never heard in my play-through. In the small recap of what happened to him before he was shot in the head by Carver, he says something like "go to hell you mo-" and then dies. My question is if he actually says this in episode 2 or did Telltale just add it in for some odd reason? It seems out of place and uncharacteristic of him to say something like that.

  • he doesn't say it in episode 2, everyone got this and no one knows why they added it in :P
  • Telltale just add It In for some odd reason.
  • I think he does say a line about Matthew, though I'm not sure when (I never encountered it). He never said "Go to hell you motherf-" in the game, there's no way for him to. Telltale's decision to add those lines was completely out of Walter's character.
  • He also talks about how people like Matthew aren't coming back even if he forgave Nick. That used to be what he said if he never forgave him.
  • Maybe they are just making a default recap for everybody instead of using the choices that you made in the previous episode, I guess that would take less time to develop. Still does not explain why Telltale would make Walter say such a thing.
  • I noticed that. I wonder why they did that though...
  • It was very sloppy. It also showed Clementine running to Alvin and getting hit, even though in my playthrough she just shouted for Kenny and Luke to not shoot.
