Confirmation from the man. Im very encouraged. I would hope that after everything they went through to get this series going, they wouldnt just make it a one off.
The petition itself obviously can't really do anything, but if a large number of people sign, that shows that a large number of people are really interested in a Season Two. Might count for something, who knows.
I'd like to see them make a game in colonial times, when Fabletown has just been founded.
That way they don't have to worry much about it being the prequel since there's a vast space in the timeline from there to the comics, they'd only had to worry staying consistent to that little amount of information about that time from the comics, like Boy Blue being on the last ship which escaped the world of fables and that Hansel and Gretel incident.
most certainly not. and i consider nazi jokes or jokes about hitler ABSOLUTELY not funny. incountable people died - that's not even starting to get funny about 70 years later.
I just created the telltale account in the middle of the night and couldn't think of a better name.
The re-write between episodes 1 and 2 and the bare bones gameplay should have been a tip-offs that a season 2 was unlikely. Its obvious in the product that TTG is rushing through it just to get it done. Personally, i wouldn't be interested in a season 2 of TWAU anyway. Im barley interested in season 1. While its been a decent series, it been sort of unfocused and hasn't blown my socks off.

He was joking, he also said "Telltale agents should be at your door momentarily", he also wouldn't spoil something like that on a forum post, only Telltale themselves will confirm a DLC.

Also the game is pointing in the direction that there will be a DLC, especially in episode 4. The storyline does split up, and there is still little knowledge about what Bigby figured out about Crane in Paris.
lol i was here for like 2 days not knowing bigby replied to my post :P also they offered me $200,000 to take the pic down and i said give me a few days to think it through, so i'm getting on the plane to russia right now as we speak, TT can't do nothing to me in russia
You cracked the code. Well done. Telltale agents should be at your door momentarily. Please do as they say, go willingly, and you will not be harmed. They only have a few…. questions… for you. Nothing to worry yourself about.

Ive read easily almost 200 issues counting the side volumes and I am sure that a season 2 is entirely possible because there is so much material they can draw from. There is years of history that happen before we even get to the setting of the first issue and dozens of characters.
I doubt that another season will happen. I have the first few issues of Fables and when reading it, it makes it clear that season 2 will not… more be possible. Bigby even mentions how he doesn't get much excitement in his job. TWAU seems to explain some plot lines that were alluded to in the comics but never stated.
It would be weird if there was a season 2. Besides, Bill Willingham would get the final say on whether or not Telltale can release a sequel.

I certainly agree. 19th century where Jack goes on a mundy killing spree and Bigby can't arrest Jack. A case Bigby is forced to abandon would be interesting. Anything that happens within the comics but are not complete could easily become DLCs as well.

I would be very wary of doing anything in the comics. TWAU works because it's a prequel and the writers can do what they want within reason. If you do something in the comics, that adds a lot of boundaries to the writing. I would be very impressed if that was pulled off well.

The game so far is is happening a week from an issue in the comics. It doesn't add boundaries to the writing, take a closer look at episode 4 and issue #22.

I feel ashamed, it's been days since I realize you commented on my thread (sorry!) I didn't realize it because of that picture, I usually skim through and look at people's pictures to recgonize them. Anyway, what if there was a Toad simulator but in a Goat Simulator style? There should be a cussing button, (similar to the licking one) I would love to cuss everybody in his accent. XD
Your sentiment is VERY kind… yet it pains me to have to say… I think Toad has the chops to carry a game. Just not MY game. Perhaps Telltale's first driving game?
I hate to break it to everyone but a Wolf Among Us season 2? Very unlikely, at least in the near future. Telltale is stretching themselves s… moreuper thin as it is with the other games being made, and it really felt like it shows in the latest episodes of Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us. Honestly for the sake of the future I kinda hope Episode 5 is the final one, TWAU is a great game, but I think it's stronger being left alone and for fans of it to then check out the comics instead of just holding out for another series.
Well, this is spoiler somehow..
There are few achievements which suggest that Bigby is going to die such as ''My Last Cigarette'' and ''The Silver Bullet'', both of these doesn't seem very encouraging for fans. But, something else tells us that North Wind, Bigby's father will be there because of the achievement called somehow ''North Wind blows'' or something like that, which may lead to Bigby's ressurection or something similar.
Just my two cents, according to the achievements...
Bigby won't die. My Last Cigarette has many meanings and whoever killed Lily and Faith smokes the same brand as Bigby (most likely Vivian). The chapter completed achievement with silver bullet is "A Silver Bullet" not 'The Silver Bullet'. It could be Bigby finding all the silver bullets Bloody Mary has... making Bigby invincible to everyone. Also episodes 2 and 4 chapter completion achievements didn't match what people thought.

I wish I believed these petitions really worked.

You should really checkout the first page. Season 2 is more than likely, and there is going to be a DLC with 100% certainty.
Well, lucky for you you wouldnt have to play it.
How do you know about a DLC? Is there something about it in the blog?
Someone said it before Harrington said he got it right.
He was joking, he also said "Telltale agents should be at your door momentarily", he also wouldn't spoil something like that on a forum post, only Telltale themselves will confirm a DLC.
He does make us lead to our own conclusion though. That line reminds me of the 2nd episode's delay for some reason.

LOL u talking about the pic i made about dlc, bro it was a joke, sorry if i made it sound like it was actually gonna happen :P
The game has a lot that points to a DLC, I'll stick with what the game actually shows. Split storyline is one.
nice idea, it'd be cool if that happened!

Bigby's going to paris with snow to catch crane I bet that'll be season 2 xD but I doubt it.
Remember issue 22 of the comics? That's why the only possibility for the Crane storyline to end is a DLC with minor and major spoilers.
Let me guess: your lips are sealed, right?

Dude, take the money!

I definitely agree he should take the money.
NEVER!!!
How about this... ask what it will be about and than take the money, that way you can confirm theories pertaining to it.
it's too late i'm already on the plane to russia

Really... Hitler is dead, i'm part German and Austrian and i'm no Nazi
You just rained on most of our parades dude

He could die and be resurrected if there is a season 2.
Are you forgetting when issue 22 of the comics takes place? Not too long after The Wolf Among Us.
