Why doesn't telltale?
Include the previews in the episode anymore? They seemingly always change the scenery, characters, or totally leave out clips from the preview in the actual episode (season 2. they only did this once in season 1 with christa and omid killing walkers) For example, why didn't we get that torture scene with Alvin and Carver, or Kenny punching carver and getting pistol whipped? Any idea? My guess is amendments to a tentative script.

Well, Kenny getting pistol-whipped was basically getting smacked with the walkie talkie. And it never showed Alvin being tortured, but we saw him just as he was in the trailer: beaten and bloody.
Yeah, I think Telltale shouldn't add scenes in the preview until they are sure that they are going to use that exact scene. I hate changes to them. I was expecting a Green Hilda in Episode 3, but we never got it. Also for the trailer, when Kenny said "You don't need to see this", we couldn't see the bandage on his eye for Spoiler reasons, but instead of doing that, they should have just left out that scene of the trailer.
They should only make trailers when they are finished with the episode, or at least only use the scenes that they are finished with.
