Why can't they decide on Carver's name (ep3 spoilers)
Ok so why do they keep switching what they call him they always switch between Bill or Carver, and they lead you to believe one is worse than the other.
My guess is it was intentional, but he doesn't seem to switch personalities as if he were schizophrenic. But they make a point to include both names, ugh. I guess it doesn't matter in the end because he's dead in my game now!

His name is William Carver, Bill is shorthand for William. The people who call him Bill know him on a first name basis I guess.
Like Kenny said "Bill? This whole time it's Carver, Carver, Carver, now he's fuckin' Bill?" lol
I feel like it just had to do with the switch of the writer. I mean sure, they put in the dialogue of Kenny questioning it so that it didn't seem out of the blue, but that's what it was. Nobody said Bill prior, really, because it was always this menacing "Carver." To randomly switch to Bill....eh....
Exactly! I dunno if maybe they were going for the first name basis deal and put Kenny calling them out on it in on purpose or what!
But it was very deliberate to me, I guess there could be an identical twin we don't know about?
That's totally possible too, who knows.
