Backing Nick up

What happens if you tell the group that Matthew was going to shoot and back Nick up in the argument? Does Nick have any new lines when Clem talks to him?
I really don't feel like replaying again, and I don't think there's a single YouTuber who actually backed him up.
I'm just curious.

    I said "he wasn't going to do anything."
    And nick ironically said "Thanks a lot for backing me up back there. :("

    I backed Nick up. I don't remember because it was awhile ago, but I think he is more friendly to you when you stop at that little cabin while he talks about what happened.

    If you back Nick up when you go to speak to him he says "Thanks for backing me up there Clem" not in an ironic tone at all. He appreciates what you did, but then goes back to talking about Luke and Carlos.
