For the past few years up until ~2011 or so, Telltale mainly used E3 to announce new games (Monkey Island and the Universal titles). However, since 2011, Telltale instead has so far used E3 to focus on announced games.
If I remember, 2012's focus was Walking Dead: Season 1, and 2013's focus was Walking Dead: 400 Days.
If I had to take a guess, Telltale will mostly focus on Tales from the Borderlands. On the side, we may possibly get some info/screens/previews for the next Walking Dead: Season 2 episode or maybe Episode 5 of Wolf as well.
I would not expect any major/notable Game of Thrones info or any new game announcements, as Game of Thrones seems to still be a ways off.
