There is a difference between killing someone and indirectly causing someone's death. Sarah DIDN'T FUCKING GET REGGIE KILLED. Carver pushed him off the roof. In my playthrough, Clementine decided to help Sarah so by your own blatant logic, Clementine is responsible and NOT Sarah.
As for Sarita, yes. I agree that Sarah's screaming might have agitated the walker and went after Sarita. But did she tell that walker to attack her? No.
Ben and Sarah are two completely different characters. They are not the same just because they both indirectly caused someone's death.

Carver was a psycho but that was the last straw for Reggie, in Carvers eye, he couldn't even teach simple instructions to a girl. All she had to do was a cut a plant and she couldn't even do that.
