Can't get Borderlands 2 items. Tried everything.

I got every bounty and achievement for it while online, downloaded, and re-downloaded over and over but I still haven't gotten my items for BL2. I got the TF2 items, and I have no idea how else to get them.

    I have this trouble too. Though I have SHIFT-account I can't get Borderlands2 stuff. I have 3 bounties. There's everything is alright in TF2.
