What if X wasn't dead (Spoliers)
So this is how it works you will choose a death character, he can be any one and how many you want ,and you say what would happen if he wasnt dead.I'll start:
Duck:
He would be like 13 if im right ,he would be super happy for finding Kenny ,cause his lost in S1 E5 would had been a hard loss for him. Also his relation with Sarita might be bad cause he would feel she can't replace Katjaa. Oh and he would shurely be trying to hit on Clem .
Omid:
He wouldn't had left Clem fall on the river and they might had been able to beat the scavangers. And Clem wouldn't had met the Cabin group.

Now that Kenny has grown a full beard they are too awesome to be in the same episode
If Ben was alive, he would've ended up with Christa and Omid and found Clementine. Later, he'd probably losing a lot of will to live if he was stranded with Clementine. And may have not made it past the horde (But he may have gotten experience through the years)
Now that I think about it, Ben would've been cool to keep alive and see in Season 2. But maybe that's just me.
He would be an interesting character in Season 2 now that you mention it. I would have liked to see his reaction when they find Kenny .
Correction: Lee would rip Troy's arm off and bludgeon him to death with it.
If Doug was alive he would exterminated Carvers gang with a sharpened pencil and his lazer eyes, because he has powers when he gets angry. We just didn't have time to see them.
The only downside is that we'd have no Bell Tower scene, which was my favorite moment in any Telltale game ever.
Lee would fuck up everyone.

Doug could have probably taken out Carver with a piece of paper and some gum.
