The Magic Mirror is behind all the crimes:
Everyone seems to always use the mirror to look for certain people and things. Maybe sense Bloody Mary can come through mirrors it's possible that she used the mirror to find all the Fables she killed. That explains why she was in Bigby's house. Through strong magic you can get the mirror to tell you anything. Maybe that's why Crane broke the mirror, because it was revealing locations of people. Crane's only issue was his obsession with Snow and stealing money from Fable Town.
So yea I thing the mirror is involved in the crimes just because he can reveal where people are and answer questions. Bloody Mary was using the mirror to get to people. That's how everyone knew Bigby would come to their hideout.

Maybe he really was used by Bloody Mary, but he's certainly not BEHIND all the crimes. That's exaggerated. And if he was used, then it was all without his awareness, as we all saw in episode 4. The mirror can't even MOVE, let alone MURDER people. I don't think he can even be considered and accomplice.
'The mirror can't even MOVE, let alone MURDER people.' To be fair someone could have murdered another one with the missing Piece of him. So he can be considered as involved accomplice. Yeah yeah.. he doesn't get that easy out of this one. Sarcasm off.
