Do you think Luke will die in E5?
A nice guy has died every episode.

E4. Don't know but I think Eddie

Do you think telltale is trying to tell us that nice people can't survive in this world anymore? Also all these characters have only survived one episode, (including Eddie if he dies) except Luke.

For all we know he could die in episode 4.
By episode 5 I'd be willing to bet nearly everyone is gonna die.
No, I think Luke will survive this season. Kenny might be the one to die in E4 or E5.
I think we will have to chose who to save between Kenny and luke because of the pizza or ice-cream.
Its possible he could die but I hope he'll go on into season 3. also if they introduce Eddie back in episode 4 I hope they don't just kill him off straight away.

Unfortunately yes. Only one of Kenny or Luke will survive, and I'm betting on Kenny. I don't think you could save one or the other, because then they would be a "dreaded" determinant, and we know TellTale hates those.
I have the feeling that having such a large group: Kenny, Luke, Rebecca, Jane, Sarah, Bonnie, Mike, Nick? ... I think there will be many lost by the end of this season.
Losing Kenny, can be very dramatic ... I hope it's not so.

I'm hoping he survives, because since like you said all the nice guys so far have died, I'd hope at least one of them would live, and that one being Luke. But this is TWD... and that means anyone can die at any time. ;_;

I really hope he doesn't. I'm almost certain they'd make a season 3 in my opinion, I hope they'd let him live through season 2 and some or maybe all of season 3? I don't know, just my opinion.
You're forgetting about Carlos and Alvin.
I think Luke's got a good chance of surviving the season just for how he was introduced in Episode 1. Even though Pete was there, Luke was the one that saved Clem from the walker directly by chopping it's head off and helped carry her away. Luke's also the one that stood up for her with the group about the dog bite, and is the only one amongst the cabin survivors that was ever told about Lee, where even choosing to stay silent, Clementine will *still *tell him.
What I'm trying to say is even though he didn't get much screen time in Episode 3, the story has been setting him up as an important character as it's been doing with Kenny, where you're getting a lot of 'who did I side with' options that's been building up since Episode 2 with deciding who to sit with, who's plan to go along with, and the big important question 'who do you trust?' that all could end up concluding to something in Episode 5.
You have to look at the premise of the story as a whole, and what is it as us the gamers hope to gain from this season. That answer for me is that I wouldn't want Clementine left on her own again, that when we get to the end, she's with people she trusts and us the gamer can trust, enough to be assured she won't be wandering through a meadow alone in tears again any time soon.
That's why I think Luke will make it, and hopefully Kenny and a few of the others like Sarah and perhaps even Bonnie too. Season 2 might not end on a happy note, but I really wouldn't be surprised if still an ending less bleak than how Season 1 left us.
And if Luke does die...
Let's just say emotionally I won't take it well ಠ_ಠ
