Umm... I don't think that Sarita or Rebecca are gay... When Rebecca says "honey", she's being condescending, as if she were talking to a child, not to mention they're in the middle of a fight. They both have long-term heterosexual relationship and there is hardly any hints that they even get along more than two people put in a shitty situation would. Sarita is a good person and acts accordingly during episode 3.
