DISCLAIMER: I DO STILL LIKE KENNY AS A CHARACTER
So, recently and in the past on these lovely forums I've noticed lots of those "Kenny is god all hail the mighty 'stache and beard Kenny stands above all others go to hell if you believe otherwise ARM THE SALTLICKS A NON-BELIEVER" posts and comments and I'd just like to say this:
I don't care if you are just joking or sincerely believe this (if that is the case I'm sorry), but it's really fucking old. It was funny and I thought it was cool and all at first, but that was when I thought it was going to die off soon.
Now it's just gotten to the point where I can't go into any character-opinionated thread without something related to Kenny. Keep in mind, I do still like Kenny as a character and will always like him. I just really don't like a lot of his fans.
Please don't take this the wrong way. And please at least tone down the Kenny "jokes".

Yeah, I agree. But this isn't really a rant about Kenny, more about the minority of his fans that are extremely obnoxious and annoying.

Yeah, it is starting to get kind of old. In all honesty, I like Kenny, but he can really get on my nerves.

Occasionally he gets a thread dedicated to him out of clear humor, but other than that Kenny fans really aren't all that active in singing his praises anymore.
He probably gets more threads about him than the other characters, but that's mainly because he is more controversial.

I think most of the stache and the beard things are more meme than actual Kenny love. Same way if you keep making jokes about 'urbans' it's suddenly not racist... Not that people with a mustache are a race... Actually I'm not sure what I'm saying... Except that I think 'stache jokes and 'urban' jokes are overdone...
Actually the mustache reminds me of my father... He hasn't shaved it since I was born... Or the 1970's for that matter...

Hand to hand probably really isn't his thing, but he is a good shot.
I'm replying to your first comment that said Kenny could beat me in a fight(aka hand-to-hand combat) and I'm saying that Kenny's never had a history of winning fights. Not DOORS. PEOPLE.
Hey, he shot both of Carver's knee's with only one eye working. I would say he's a pretty good shot.

Exactly. It's fine if you have a sort of Lee-like appreciation for him; like: "Hey, he's an awesome character that I wish stays around for a long time." Or if they're dead: "Hey, he's an awesome character that I wish stayed around for a longer amount of time."
NOT: "THIS GUY IS GOD ALMIGHTY HAIL HIM"
If you don't have his back just one time he hates you. Kenny isn't a god, he's a videogame character.

These Kenny sucks because.... Or Kenny fans is irritating, or Kenny is better then lily or vice verca threads are getting really annoying. I'm actually used to see atleast one of these threads everytime I get on here. Why not give these topics a rest or just talk on the same threads, there is no point with making new ones.

Yah, I agree. I have nothing against Kenny but some of his fans are freaking annoying. They're delusional, they hate on other characters, disrespect other people's opinions, attack fans of other characters, post overused jokes etc. Again, not all of them do that but the ones that do are pretty vocal.
What are you guys the fun polce? People are just joking around, who are you to tell people to stop having fun? But i guess you lack the common rationality to see it that way, too sensitive and butt hurt over a harmless phenomenon.
