Hi. Can you help me, I can't buy my game with my cart user. When it's time to place an order they tells me :

This is strange. Your order is empty. Perhaps your session timed out. Try reloading the page.

So I reload it , and I check my cart (it's says that I have the game on my cart), but they repeat me the same thing everytime I retry to place an order

    I apologize for the inconvenience. This is most likely an issue with your internet browser, so you may want to try using a different web browser to order something from our website. If using a different web browser did not resolve the issue, you may also want to try clearing your browser's cache.

    Please also try logging out of your account, and logging back in.

    Lastly, make sure you are using a PC or Mac, as there may be issues with our website if you are using a mobile device.
