Alright, speaking as an enormous Nick fan who draws him, like, all the time, I will play devil's advocate and agree he's not... conventionally attractive. I still can't nail his face because he's just got a weird shaped head (sometimes it's angular, sometimes it's round??), and if you look at his full body, he's a skinny, broad-shouldered beanpole with no ass. Pair that with a mullet and camo pants and you don't exactly have Prince Charming. The only thing "conventionally" attractive here is his eyes, which lbr are fucking beautiful.
If Nick was a genuine asshole I think a lot more people would find him ugly, but he's a sweet, good-hearted and likable character, which is why a lot of people probably consider him cute. Funny, how a personality can so easily color how attractive someone is.

Nick is really skinny. He's got broad shoulders, though, so I think that's what gives the illusion.
