    I think the stranger was the first person Clem hated since she did everything she could to help Lee kill him

    Maybe the stranger, Michelle, whatever awful people she and Christa may have met over those 16 months.

    This is going to sound really sad and emo lol but I think Clementine hates on herself a lot. She definitely feels like she is (at least partly) at fault for Lee and Omid's deaths. :(
