Minecraft is not intended for kids, it is intended for logical thinkers who have creative minds. I like to make models of landmarks and I currently have a major world populated with skyscrapers, houses, churches, strip clubs, police stations, shops, etc. And then I have another world featuring big models of characters.
But you hate Anime, even though it's geared towards the same age level? Some people like something regardless of their age. They're not harm… moreing anyone by watching anime. I don't hate someone because of their liking, no matter whether it's aimed at their age or not. Would I be friends with them? Probably not, but c'mon, these days everyone is watching or doing something inappropriate. Kids are playing GTA, and adult gamers are still playing Nintendo games that are for kids because they grew up with those games. The same can by applied to anime fans. Years from now, I'll probably look back on Assassin's Creed 4 as one of the best of 2013, and people will see me playing it and say "You're too old for that". Some people are just suckers for old hobbies.

You have to admit, though, that to someone who doesn't play Minecraft and sees it for the first time, it would probably look like a kid's game.
