Season 1 loading save problems

So I was playing the Walking dead season 2 earlier while offline on steam, I came back and wanted to start a new save so I was able to get achievements and when I went to load my season 1 save the save was wrong, I went into the first game and checked all my stats and they were the correct ones but when I load in my save from season 2 it's wrong. In this new season 1 save I never took the food so Clem isn't wearing the sweater, I tell her to stay with Omid when we go to Crawford, Clem kills the guy who kidnaps her, Lee doesn't hug her after Clem talks about seeing her parents and Clem doesn't kill Lee. Any help would be nice
