A SNITCH IN THE GROUP!
Hi, if this has been discussed in a previous thread, feel free to lock this and bump the old one.
In the Walkie Talkie discussion.
Clementine took TWO walkie talkies. She gave one to the members of the group and tried to find Luke to give him the other one.
Nowhere did Carver say that he got the Walkie Talkie from Luke. Someone could've snitched out Luke's hiding spot and given the walkie
to Carver.
I think it's Mike. Or maybe Sarah.

Luke didn't have a walkie talkie, Clementine was supposed to give one to him.
Obviously they noticed two walkie talkies were missing, and the most likely culprits were the people who they kept prisoner. So Carver searched the pen and found the walkie talkie that the group was going to use to speak to Luke, and someone caught Luke while he was looking for food (probably Tavia or Hank). Then Troy caught Clementine and Carver pretty much worked out what the plan was.
There wasn't a snitch, it was just Carver working out the plan.
They didn't hide it properly. When Luke was caught, Carver's men probably just searched the place and found it. Since there was one walkie talkie, there had to be another one, or else, why take it? Also, if Carver's men were keeping any kind of count, they could've easily noticed two walkie talkies were missing.

My theory is that Kenny and Mike knowing Clem could not give her walkie talkie to Luke thanks to Bonnie intervening, took it upon themselves to give the other walkie talkie to him. They somehow dropped it off to Luke at the comic shop when the worst guard ever Troy was not looking and then went to work. Luke then failed his sneaking QTE trying to get something to eat and then got busted. The rest is pretty much history and I do realize that this all happens under a very small time frame, but it does seem to fit.
