When Carlos gets shot and Sarah screams, Clementine asks her "Sarah did you--" and then Sarah runs off. Does anybody what Clementine was going to ask her?

Yeah, that bit confuses me too. The only thing I can think of is "Sarah, did you get a weapon?" or "Sarah, did you know where we're supposed to meet up?" something like that.
Good assumptions, I think it is the 2nd one. Also, in the preview, Sarah wasn't in the place where they would meet up, so that makes the question more reasonable.
Yes that was a bit confusing.
Maybe she meant "Sarah did you hear what I said?" because it's after Clem tells Sarah to do something like (I think) to stop crying or to run.
hope it was suppose to play out like this:
"Sarah did you totally see that!? your dad was all like "RAAAAAAAWGH I'M DYING! HELP!" and the zombies were all like "BRAINS!!!! FOOD!!! HUNGRY!!!"

"...Did you hear me?"
Or perhaps she said "....See the way those walkers bit into your father? They must have jaws of steel!"

It's obviously "Did you hear me" or something like that.
"Sarah, did you hear me?" or "Sarah, did you listen to me?"
Well, seems she got the hugs from them walkers.
