If you catch caver and told him to surrender, what do you do?
Luke wants tied bill up, but Kenny shoot him he bring an crowbar and told them to wait outside and Sarita said: "Kenny, please." and if you did what Kenny said, Sarita would said: "That's not the Kenny I know in there. I wish... I thought... I could save him."
Do they want him to Surrender Alive?

Tie him up, like Luke said "there ain't one part of this sonuvabitch i don't hate but that doesn't make this right." What makes us any better than Carver if we do the same thing he did

I think Sarita thought kenny was being quite brutal on how he killed Carver. I stayed neutral as I couldnt choose between shoot and tie, and Luke just started at her and kenny then shot Carver.
"Just shoot him." It would have wasted precious time if we tied him up, shooting him would rid the world of a murderous tyrant and it was a lot quicker than the other option.
