An Idea...
After finally sitting through the torture that is AMC's Walking Dead to watch Season 4. I really feel the Terminus in the show is the same one in the game. Well not the same one, but the comic book's equivalent of the Terminus. The reason I am stating this is because the game goes off the comic's continuity. Which going further I feel Wilmington is the Terminus, or on the way maybe even in episode four you find a poster or map that promises safety and that's how episode four will end. It's just another though, but it could be a thinly veiled hint that's also promotion to procure excitement for Clementine in the Season 5 of AMC's The Walking Dead.
