Here's a list of characters that aren't in the comics for you non-readers; Toad Junior, Bloody Mary, The Crooked Man, Dee and Dum, Tiny Tim, Grendel, Holly, Faith, Lilly, Nerissa, Vivian, Jersey Devil, Lawrence, Georgie, Lucky Hans (not the Hans from Hansel and Gretel, he's in the comics), Greenleaf, Cryer, Brannigan, Johann, and Woody. So any of those characters may die, but none of the others.

Yeah, I forgot about Jack's line. But the only time I remember seeing Woody was in a flashback of sorts where he's fighting Bigby, I don't think he ever appeared after that.
Or they could give us the choice to either incapacitate them (take them alive to stand trial, like Snow wants) or kill all of them (as Toad and others want). I dunno if we'll get the choices, but I know it would make sense if we did. I'd personally kill everyone that was in that room with the Crooked Man since they are all involved in ruining the lives of Fabletown's citizens and responsible for the deaths of some. A life for a life, or in this case, lives. Seems fair to me.
I dont think Snow even CAN die. But I think we will be again pushed into the feel-like she is.
For me it could be these characters:
Beauty
Vivian
Toad
Craine (somehow im barely sure about this one)
Crooked Man (dont really think he will die, but he must be on the list)
Bloody Mary
All im saying is basically someone whos working for Crooked man will probably die. It can be the brothers, it can be Mary. My thought is - if Crooked man will not die, its possibly golden ticket for Season 2.
I really, really hope Nerissa lives to the end of the story. I really like her as a character and it seems like it would be a waste to just throw her away at the very end. It would certainly be a moment like a certain mid season death in The Walking Dead Game if she goes, but I want to hold out the best.
Other than that, it's just a matter of seeing who isn't in the comics to determine who may or may not die. So that boils down to:
Comments
Snow White definitely won't die due to comics.
Bloody Mary;
Crooked Man (determinant);
Vivian (determinant)
Snow White won't die.
Bloody Mary
Crooked man
Jersey
Anyone who isn't in the comics has some kind of mark on their head.

I'd like to think no one dies...just hurt REALLY badly and all dealt with in a different way.
http://www.telltalegames.com/community/discussion/68986/woodsman-in-the-comicsspoilers was a discussion about Woody appearance in comics, so it is not clear if he is alive during comics.
Also, it is said by Jack in her conversation with Snow that Cryer lives in Woodland building.

Crooked Man (determinant), Bloody Mary, Dee and Dum (or just Dee if you haven't killed Dum), Nerissa (unfortunately), Vivian, Georgie & Jersey
Georgie and Vivian. (one or either determinant)

Vivian won't, she doesn't seem evil enough. I do believe there will be an option to punch her though.
Not like always dies only the bad guys. Sadly enough
I figure we will get to see the ribbons magic in action, and that will be the death of Vivian.
I also think the Crooked Man will show us what happens when someone is dumped down the Witching Well.
I'm pretty sure Nerissa will die Sadly, I really like her.
Also Bloody Mary and The Crooked Man as determinant.
Toad lives on the farm in the comics so he won't die

So pretty much any of them are on the table.
Gren?
Georgie
Nerissa (Determinant)
Vivian
Bloody Mary (Not Determinant)
Crooked Man (Determinant)
