How to kill nick in episode 2

I was playing around on episode 2 and it managed to get nick bitten by a walker
Step 1: at the lodge lie and say we didn't do anything to Walter when he discovers Matthews death
Step 2: say nick is like everyone else

    Welcome to the TTG Forums. I can see you are new around here. The lying to Walter part isn't necessary. All you need to do to get Nick killed is just not say he is a good man.
