Kill the Crooked Man? Or take him alive?

Basically the title says it all. Characters in episode 4 kept saying that they needed the crooked man because they couldnt get any at the business office, but others like beauty and beast want Bigby to kill him. Are the ones who need the crooked man under his control? Or do they genuinely need him.

    He killed his family because they were in his way. He's dead. My Bigby will kill him.

    I imagine there will be a fable entry for both :P But I'll take him alive to give him chance to explain himself. Plus my Bigby is a nice guy.

    I was going to take him alive but it seems like i will be in full wolf form when that choice appears so i will probably go feral and eat him up

    With how smart the Crooked Man is, and how convincing he seems to be (getting a whole group of Fables to work for him), I don't want him to stand trial, simply because he may be able to talk his way out of any form of punishment.

    I'm most likely going to kill him, unless something happens that forces me to strongly feel otherwise.

    Also, I've been playing Bigby as a jerk. The Crooked Man could easily turn people against you in the trial, claiming that he was only trying to actually help the Fables while I just ran around a bullied everyone. That's exactly what I would do if I was in the Crooked Man's position.

    Right now I will happily take him alive and put him on trial but if he attempts to kill bigby, when we meet him then I may be tempted to kill him during that particular scene just like Tweedledum.
