PC Wargame that is like Telltale Games?

Can you please recommend a PC War Game that has a good gameplay and story like Telltale Game's TWD or Wolf Among Us (preferably something that deals with the social and emotional issues that a soldier experiences during and after war, something that's could be similar to MGS Snake Eater-although this is not for PC). I heard VALIANT HEARTS had a good storyline but i'm not sure about the gameplay. I don't know if Sniper Elite has a good story either.

    I've heard that "Spec Ops: The Line" has a good story and it's a war game played in the third person.
