Bufkin
I was wondering if Bufkin belonged to someone, because after I played the game, I started to read the comics and apparently in one, this guy boy blue, bufkin, Bluebeard and Prince Charming were riding in a car and charming said "control that monkey of yours boy, or I will........" But in the game boy blue isn't in it, and I know that the comics are different to the game, so I guess in the game bufkin doesn't have an owner, just wanted to know if anyone knew anything about it.

The only thing different about the games and the comics other than the obvious thing that one's a game and one's a comic book series is that the game predates the comics.
So if he did have an owner in the comics, which apparently he doesn't according to the other person's answer, the only reason he wouldn't in the game would be because it happens before the events of the comics.
Yeah, it could just be a way to be demeaning to Bufkin, by implying that he's Boy Blue's pet and that Boy Blue is responsible for him.
