If this tree was facing my house i would cut it down, it would give me nightmares. Or at least cut the branches so that you don't see death staring at you.
Here's a list of what I would like to happen in Episode 4 (though I'll get over it if they don't come true):
Sarita will survive and become an amputee after the walker bite. Her attitude towards Clementine depends on whether you cut her arm off as she was being attacked at the Episode 3 finale.
We find out about Luke's origins and see some credible character development. Perhaps he's forced to kill to save someone, which crushes his 'to not kill' policy and changes his outlook at the world drastically.
Kenny becomes ill from the eye injury and shows signs of brain damage (just as Carlos had explained near the end of Episode 3), and is dying.
The 400 Days characters and Tavia to make a presence in Episode 4, and this time not be presented as mere cameos.
Sarah to return as a changed person, thus the 'cease to function' trait Carlos has been worrying about since their introduction. Depending on how the player interacts with her, she may continue as a liability or learn to overcome her grief.
