Why does the install only contain the first episode?

I can understand why you would do that before all episodes were released,
but it feels very strange that it's still the case when the whole game is out.

For me TWAU keeps freezing when downloading/installing new episodes, so I've given up.
Do you have any plans on an installer containing the whole game?
If not, I'll just wait for the DVD version.
