Bet you didn't know this (Spoilers for Episode 5)
If you don't evade Vivian and Georgie hurling towards you during a certain point in the car chase, Bigby will hold onto the car's bonnet. If you fail the next "Evasion instruction" (pressing "A") as well, Bigby will crash into a wall, wake up one hour later and upon his arrival at the Puddin' n Pie, Vivian will already be dead with Georgie weeping next to her corpse.
