My little theory
HEAVY SPOILERS FOR THE FINALE, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Faith. Faith was behind everything. I don't know, some might not believe my theory, but I connected some dots from all of the episodes I have played.
First appearance of Faith.
"HAVE WE MET BEFORE?"
Then comes the first time we hear about the "These lips are sealed." spell.
She wanted Bigby and the Government to notice the ones stuck under the claws of the Crooked Man. She was sick of it, sick of being under the spell and sick of what he did to the less fortunate Fables. She had trust in Bigby, that's why she tried to reach out FOR HIM.
Here comes the hard part.
HOW COULD SHE BE TWO PERSONS?
Easy. Do we, EVER see Nerissa and Faith together? No. Even that picture only had Faith, Lily and Vivian on it, with one of the Tweedles in the background.
So. How did Faith do it?
She already schemed her way out of being forced into a marriage by using her donkey skin to disguise her true self. Nobody saw through it except for the man she married.
This EXPLAINS how Crooked Man DOES NOT recognize Nerissa when she barges in. He will stare at her and just ask:
"Who are you?"
I believe he knew all of his subjects, he knew who he had influenced with his power. The final words Nerissa said.
"You're not as bad as everyone says you are.."
That's what had me going. Then the flashback
"Have I met you before?"
And Snow saying: "She disguised herself to evade the marriage with her father."
What a cliffhanger guys. I ran after her.. I just had the feeling in my gut that there's more to Faith than this.

I have thought that it was faith seems like it....and I also ran after her...
Your theory is good but you have it backwards in my opinion. . If anything it was Nerissa that was glamoured as Faith the whole time.
