The mysterious man (Spoilers)
So who was this guy? He turned up twice in Ep5 . He was the taxi driver when Bigby went to the metal works, and he was in line at the office in the last scene. I thought for sure he'd be important to the plot somehow. But we never got any resolution to who he is.

I recently started a new play-through of the game, and kept noticing him throughout I was sure he would turn out to either be the killer or an important character. Guess he was just a red herring...
I have three theories on him.
Oh, I really like the theory that he is Bloody Mary (And would make both 1 and 2 right). It would also mean she survived, given how he appeared at the end (He did, didn't he?)
That's it, this is my head-canon until the game proves me otherwise!
And considering the fact that Bloody Mary has the ability to make multiple copies of herself. Maybe that plays into effect with the whole thing of Cryer being everywhere. But I honestly doubt it.
The name of the man is Cryer, he is the Boy Who Cried Wolf.
He's seen at the end of Cry Wolf in the line for the business office (= Not Bloody Mary)
He was possibly involved in the original plot, there's theories and theories.
How do we know that his name is Cryer?
What if he's just a normal dude? Games make mistakes and he's probably just somebody they reused. We could speculate til the cows come home but he never had anything to do with the game and i doubt the developers had a story for him.
Might sound a bit harsh but sometimes you people on the forums try to find a story and answer for EVERYTHING, and it's not needed. If he really had something to do with the story it would have been in the episodes in one form or another, like most other things (which we noticed at the end of EP 5).
Game files.
Or...a...RED HAIRRING! Well played, Telltale. Well played indeed...
Game models and files that were hacked.
He probably had an important role originally, but I think Telltale rewrote a lot of the game's story before Episode 3 came out, because Detective Brannigan used to be on the title card back then.
