Why didn't Crooked man shoot Bigby In the Foundry?
The crooked man could have shot bigby when he came up into the office, but he just backed away, wouldn't he at least attempt to stop bigby from taking him in? I thought he would put up more of a fight before surrendering despite being armed and having the silver bullet.

Because Snow and Co. know the Crooked Man is behind it. By complying, it looks better in his defence.
I think he wanted Mary to kill Bigby, but once he realised he wasn't going to be stopped the next best thing was to plead his innocence. Bigby could probably still snap his neck even as the bullet was killing in.
Crooked Man got cocky and thought he could win his trial, and he almost did if not for Narrisa.
