If Nick lives and actually has some say instead of dropping the ball like they did in Episode 3, color me surprised. Or make him do something stupid that wouldn't happen if he was dead.
That'd be a good way of telling us our choices mattered Telltale.

By doing something stupid; I don't mean having Nick do a Ben where he could die in Episode 2, or saving him lets him go out with a bang in Episode 4, probably with Luke maybe. (Like Kenny and Ben just this time Nick and Luke)

Like, maybe getting a new group to trust you, and having someone alive like Nick either nets you points towards joining or fighting against said group depending on how he acts. Maybe Nick finds some extra food for the group where otherwise Clem might starve depending on who's handing out food (I'd laugh if Clem decided food rations)

Anything that sort of says "Hey, you know that decision you made? We know you made it! And it mattered! Maybe negatively or positively! But it mattered!"

Then again all the episodes are written by this point I'm assuming.

  • All the good characters die and the worse ones live, unfortunately.

I like to imagine Pete, Walter and Omid having a beer in heaven, or something dumb like that.

  • I just don't think Telltale will be able to do good with him if he lives, y'know... He'll just be as minor as he was in EP 3.

Prink is right, they can change they're ways, there isnt some code for character death that Telltale has to follow
