Snow and Bigby, Anyone?
Episode 5. WOW is that a hot topic right now!
Speaking of which, I did love how Bigby finally showed us his true form, I was worried that Telltale wouldn't show us, but thank the gods that they did! I liked the episode, but I thought it was lacking in Snow White. Did anyone else get this feeling?
We spend the entire game reporting to her; taking her with us to some places, and building up this trust between them both. I'll admit it, I loved their relationship. I always had Bigby choose to be the 'good-guy' and help Snow whenever he could. Seeing Snow worry badly for Bigby's injuries in episode 4 made me hopeful for the season finale. Like, they'd share a moment with each other or something memorable.
Unfortunately my hopes were stepped on. Don't get me wrong, the finale was great. I just wish Bigby could've/would've said something meaningful to Snow. I understand how it wouldn't translate directly to the comic, but I was still just hoping.
Anyone else share my same thoughts?

I didn't see a moment with Bigby or Snow happening really. When she was officially promoted to Deputy Mayor I was expecting she would become more sophisticated and cold blooded like she was in the early comics. But The Wolf Among Us is a Bigby story, so I didn't get all too annoyed with Snow not showing up until over halfway through.
Sometimes she gazed and worried about him, that's enough for me
Yeah, it would've essentially contradicted canon for Bigby to actually reveal romantic feelings to her. When he made his first (pathetic) move on her in the comics, it was quite out of the blue for Ms. White, and she questioned him on why he had "suddenly" developed feelings for her after hundreds of years in Fabletown.
Ive heard people say that, I guess because they love Bigby and Snow's interactions, but I didnt feel the lack of her. She had a significant part in the end and in the beginning, Bigby was so busy taking care of business that I was completely focused on him. I didnt feel like she needed to be there until she was.
You mean the time he asked her out to the Remembrance Day dance but pretended it was for his current investigation to find Rose Red? I thought that was pretty smooth move to be honest.
Not if she caught on, lol, and to be honest, using her sister's "murder" to get next to her, I would have called him on that too.
You know what I called him? A sly-sonovabitch. Literally. Got a date with Snow White and she was literally oblivious to it until he told her himself.
I wouldn't. He lied to her and told her that it was necessary for him to be able to catch her sister's killer. Making a woman feel like she has no choice doesn't seem all that honorable to me.
Heh, to be honest I kind of expected Ep.5 to lack in Snow-Bigby moments, because they don't get together until a couple issues into the comics, and this game is supposed to take place 20 years before the first issue. If they make a Season 2, we can expect very little Snow-Bigby moments as well because it will be hard making a relationship between them that doesn't make it romantic.
