Choosing who gets medicine?

Hey guys,

Ok, I was just thinking what if in episode 5 Kenny is getting sick in Wellington because of his eye injury, and Luke also gets sick and needs antibiotic. Luke and kenny are both sick and Clementine manages to find antibiotics. But there's only enough for 1 person, do you give it to a Kenny or give it to Luke? If you give it to Kenny his infection and eye swelling goes away and he gets better and Luke dies of his flu. But if you give it to Luke he recovers but Kenny's eye infection gets so bad to the point
