Telltale hasn't done that yet, and I don't really see them picking up the habit. Creepy, subtle abuse like the situation with Crane/Lily/Sno… morew in TWAU is one thing, but I get the distinct feeling that shock-rape isn't really their style, regardless of whether or not it's realistic given the circumstances.
At least, I'd like to think so. Personally I'd be uncomfortable with having to play through a scenario like that.

Yes, thank you. I'm glad someone agrees here. Telltale explores a lot of very real subjects in their writing through the use of a very fantastical setting, which I admire greatly, but I think they're aware that resorting to a situation like that would be crossing the line in the worst way possible.

Though I believe Luke makes a comment about flirting with girls, so at the very least he could be bisexual. But Nick could easily be gay.

If you don't respond to him during a dialogue option when he's carrying you after you first meet him and Pete, he says something along the lines of, "It's okay, I'm used to girls ignoring me when I try to talk to them." I don't recall the exact quote.
