So...Who was the man on Beauty and Beast's answering machine?

The identity of the man on Beauty and Beast's answering machine from Episode 4 was never revealed in Episode 5. I wonder who he was and why Telltale just forgot about him? He sounded like a real gruff, big guy who probably would've joined Bloody Mary to fight Bigby or something...

    It was most likely Dum. We never hear him speak except for a few one-liners, and when he does his voice sounds like that. It makes sense to the story as well, with Dee being of a higher pitched voice, and Dum lower so that we can distinguish the two.

    Nah when you pin him to the wall in the end of episode 3 and he says "fuck you Wolf" he sounds nothing like that.
