Yeah, she has dark past, she suffered a lot, so what?
Look at nerissa and Faith, they suffered a lot too, but still can be kind and friendly.
Snow is just overly cold and unfriendly, maybe Bigby likes her because she is the highest mountain he has to conquer.

yes what happened to Faith and nerissa was bad but what happened to Snow was horrible and messed up

Everyone has different ways of dealing with traumatic events. Snow's way of dealing with it was obviously to become very tough and no-nonsense. I don't think that means she's bad or difficult. I just see her as someone who's blunt and who tries to be "head over heart" because being soft never got her anywhere. She does have her kind moments in the comics though. She's just very strong. Yes, she's an ice queen :P but her character being that way has always made sense to me.
