It will probably be another time skip and the baby will be revealed to be dead and Rebecca too, a baby does not fit into a game like this even when there's a lack of supplies to care for it. It's just my opinion.
Unless they make it to Wellington (somehow) the infant is honestly a burden to the survival of the group. I hate saying that though, it makes me feel horrible.

We were right! Kenny did help deliver the baby!
Well, being the only one who was a parent before, I'd imagine Kenny was the only one suitable for it.
And he did a damn good job while at it.
The Baby will be stolen and then The Song "Baby Come Back" will be playing as we have to do Quick Time Events
