No. She had her baby and lived a little while after having it. The governor told one of his goons(lily) to shoot at ricks people and Lilly shot Lori while Lori was holding her baby, causing both of them to die.

The situation for her giving birth was bad, there was a shit-ton of zombies surrounding her so chances are slim of survival.

I believe that Rebecca won't die during labour, I think that giving birth will just weaken her and after she sees her baby's face, she might ask Clementine to name the baby, since Clementine doesn't get to give her answer the first time Rebecca asks her for a name, Rebecca might die because she gets weak from giving birth and I have a feeling we might have multiple kill them or let them turn decisions in Amid The Ruins, well all I really know is that episode 4 is gonna get a tank full of feels.
