Who is delivering the baby? It looks like sarita but you see her dying in the trailer before Rebecca is in labor. So who? A new member? Or am I an idiot?

My theory is that this picture is happening while she is giving birth. Also Kennny doesn't seem like a guy who would deliver

We do not see Sarita dying per se... And I like to still keep my fingers crossed that Telltale might actually surprise us.
But in any case, Sarita's trousers are darker.
Mike's trousers seem pretty close, but I strongly feel that it is a new character, maybe a doctor, as convenient as that would be.

Christa. It would make sense for her to return in Episode 4 due to Rebecca's birth so she can tell us about her own baby, and out of every character we know of that's still alive (or in Christa's case, at least possibly alive) Christa would be the one most suited to helping Rebecca deliver the child since she has already gone through that herself.

I thought that was Rebecca's trousers in the picture, and she was in full birthing position. And then it hit me, you can't give birth with trousers on.
