It's going to die during birth.

Think about it. The achievement photo having it inside a bag, Clem's hands being bloody in the select screen. We're gonna have a Lori situation here, but the baby's probably gonna die. I think this is why Clem says "No." when Luke asks if she's okay. I really think that this is what Telltale is implying here.

    I don't want to see a baby die :'(, I think that lots of bad things are happening with the group right now which is why Luke has a pep talk with Clementine.
