Personality: Stoic, spiteful and revenge seeking with enemies, calculating, overprotective, honest, likes to read, focused, hard worker, dog lover.
Appearance: White, male, shaved head (not bald), no tattoos or piercings, about 6' tall, average build, prefers to wear button-up work shirts, jeans, and work boots.
History: Graduated high school and became an electrician's apprentice. When his apprenticeship ended he became a full-time electrician. Owns a small home and a pickup. No wife, no kids, but has a Siberian Husky named Loki.

Age: 23
Personality: Emma is a calm, kind person who tries to keep her morals straight. She's caring but in a sisterly way, and can tease at appropriate times. Due to her having a deceased little sister, she has a soft spot for children. She's a smart person and prefers to think things through before going through with anything, but if provoked by a certain extent she can act impulsive. Emma finds it difficult to ask people for help even if she needs it. She fears to loose people she cares for so she can come off as cold and distant, but once she cares for someone they will become a priority, and she would make sacrifices to ensure they're safe. If treated rudely she will act impolite back.
Appearance: Emma has longer than shoulder length wavy light brown hair with choppy bangs just slightly above her eyebrows. Orange brown eyes, thin, and a pale complexion. About 5' 7''. She wears tight fit grey jeans, brown lace up cowboy boots, a oversized white undershirt with one side untucked and sleeves rolled up, a holster, and a brown buttoned vest with pockets.
History: She was studying for a career in music before the ZA. She spent most of her free time singing and playing her acoustic guitar. Her parents were never really home, so she spent her time also taking care of her little sister. Her father was a hunter so she carries around a hunting knife he had given her. A few months into the apocalypse her little sister, Madeline, was bit and Emma had to put her down. She felt like it was her job to protect her, and had never forgiven herself for failing.

History: As an only child of a succesful businessman, he was raised in a world full of luxury. Due to his father's interest in hunting he learned how to shoot from a hunting rifle, but he never got the passion his father would get out of it. After his father died in an accident, Ian inherited all of his money and decided that he'd go for a last hunt to honor his father's memory. And that's when the shit hit the fan.

Personality: she is a calm, steadfast and staid young woman. She is usually courteos towards everyone. She's strong and ambitious but unlike many people, Maria achieves her goals stealthily. Some people who know Maria call her "Snake", in both good and bad meanings. She's awfully smart and cunning. Rumors say that she can fool everyone but no one can fool her. She can always think of a good plan. Maria is wise, she prefers to think before doing something. Maria also doesn't appreciate rash actions. Maria is also a prideful and self-reliant woman. She prefers to earn respect and power slow but patiently. Since she wants a family, she has a soft spot for children. In a world like this, she'll try to act like a motherly figure for orphans and grow them like strong but moral people. She is merciful, she will never forget what her friends did to her and she will never betray them. Maria can give a lot of good advices. Oh, Maria is also a fan of fantasy. She likes reading books, rididng horses and admire the nature on her long walks in the forest or parks. She's very creative since she's an artist. And she can also shoot arrows. She's a marksman and accurate in small details because her eyesight is perfect.
Appearance: Maria is a tall and slim woman. She has light skin, wheat blond hair and blue eyes. Most people consider her facial traits pretty. Her face is usually calm and serious, Elinor doesn't show many emotions. She walks measured and prideful but she runs very fast. Elinor wears a beige pullover, jeans and brown moccasins. Maria has a silver pendant in a shape of dragon - the last present from her mother.
History: Maria was born and raised in Edinburgh. Her mother died when she was 9 and after this Maria became secretive, quiet and shy. But she also became a creative girl who imagine a lot and has colourful dreams. She started to draw a lot. Her father, who loved her very much, made her attend a special school for artit children and she's very thankful for it. Maria grew up as calm ad wise girl who had a lot of potential in drawing. She finished University of Edinburgh and moved to Chicago where she became a professional artist. She soon became famous impessionist in small circles. Even though she felt lonely and dreamed about her own family. But then the apocalypse starts...
(Oh, and a little note - I really want her to get in relationship with someone in the story and get pregnant. She'll give birth to a boy. You can choose the name.)
Name: Andy Jackson
Age: 28
Personality: Andy appears to be charming and charismatic, but very self-centered and arrogant. He never misses an opportunity for a snarky remark and acts ruthless and jerkish towards people. However, underneath his arrogant personality lies a genuinely nice man who values friendship and would go to great length to keep his friends save. He deeply cares for his friends but has a problem admitting it. As a result he acts like a charming asshole in a group of people but surprisingly kind, understanding and nice when he is alone with someone. He doesn't care for strangers but gradually warms up towards his friends. This is indicated by surprising acts of kindness, especially towards weaker group members or children, for which he as an especially soft spot. He is educated and always thinks of himself as the smartest person in a room and as a result he usually tries to be the one making the decisions in a group of people. When confronted with a difficult situation he tries to do what's best for his friends while always trying to make it look like it's the best for him. Due to his natural charisma he is a good talker but he never knows when to shut up.
Appearance: Andy is a tall and handsome man in his late twenties. He has short dark brown hair and blue eyes. He values his appereance and tries to stay clean-shaven and well-dressed even in the middle of an apocalypse.
History: Andy was born into a rich family and never really had to work for anything. He was popular in highschool, mostly because of his good looks and natural charisma and as a result took anything for granted. That came to bite him back, when he managed to drive away his girlfriend of several years due to his increasing arrogance and self-centered worldview. This experience caused him to reconsider his worldview and gradually develop a nicer personality, even though he has a hard time shedding his bad habits. He studied medicine after high-school at his parents pressure and even though he is a good medic he doesn't really like his job, secretly hoping for a movie career. In his free time he enjoyed going to parties and working out in the gym.

Age: 46
Location: Born and raised Mamou, Louisiana ( yes it's a real place) Cajun through and through
Appearance: 5' 10" , longish blonde hair with blue eyes and grayish blonde beard, looks younger than his actual age
Personality: Liar extrodinaire, can lie convincingly with a straight face and uses this to his advantage when he deems it is to his advantage. Has trouble connecting emotionally to people as a rule, but is fiercely loyal and protective of those he does let in. Very intelligent, calculated thinker who pays attention to everything but plays the good ole boy, is often underestimated because of this. An avid outdoorsman, hunting and fishing since childhood. 15 year honorably discharged combat veteran of the US Army, served as combat demolitions specialist. Since leaving the military has worked as a rough neck in the oilfield industry all through the south. He is a man who has lost everyone and everything he holds dear and he is pissed off at God because of that. Lastly, he is at heart mostly a good man, but definitely on the brink. The current world has taken everything from him and he is on the edge and could go either way.

Age: 68
Personality: Macon is a loner disillusioned with society and people. He's not a bad person, just he's never really fit in with society, he feels most people are to busy and self absorbed to realize the dangers right in front of their noses. Macon has zero tolerance for liars, cheats and thieves, honor and integrity are stalwart principle of his life; he also has no tolerance for stupidity or needless risk. He is a man of action, he has either earned or made everything in his life through the strength of his back and the sweat of his brow. Most people would find him a very hard man, but would also say that he is the type of man that you want at your back when the shit hits the fan. Despite his stern and hard appearance and demeanor, he is almost instantly broken down by children. With children he becomes gentle, sweet, protective, wise, kindly and this is where and how people really see the kind of person he really is at heart. His truest companion however is an American Bloodhound named Roscoe, who he has raised from a puppy. He cares for this animal and loves him with deep affection. He is not a man you would want to make an enemy of. Macon because of the apocalypse has come to a point where he has realized that he not only doesn't want to die alone, but absolutely doesn't want to die and come back. He is a deeply spiritual man, but not overtly religious.
Appearance: 6' tall lean and grizzled, white haired with green eyes. Macon is healthy and spry for his age, a man born of hard work and rugged living.
History: Macon has lived alone all of his adult life in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains in Reliance TN. Macon is a combat veteran of the Korean War where he served as an Army sniper, he had 31 confirmed kills. After his service in the military he became a commercial trapper, tracker, woodsman, and hunting/fishing guide. He has lived and worked in the outdoors all his life and is at home and in his element in the outdoors. He has raised bloodhounds for years, loves the breed, and is an expert at their training and tracking with them. He has never been married and has loved only one woman in all his life, he was engaged to marry her when he returned from Korea, but she was killed in a traffic accident before he could return. Macon is an exceptional marksman, he could split hairs on a fleas ass with any rifle made.

Appearance: 32 inches tall at the front shoulders, 147 lbs. of good old fashion pure dawg
Personality: Roscoe is a gentle and sweet dog that genuinely loves people and children ( children turn him into a over grown puppy). He is faithful and loyal to Macon to a fault. He would protect Macon or a child at the expense of his life. He is smart and obedient, and would only disobey a command from Macon if he thought Macon's life was in imminent danger. Roscoe is a great judge of people and is often the cause and reason that Macon interacts with them. Roscoe is a working dog, he was raised as a tracker and when on the scent he is relentless, untiring, and determined. Roscoe is disturbed by the rotten ones, on one paw they smell like something that he'd love to roll around in over and over, he instinctively knows something about them in not natural and that makes his hackles rise and his nose itch.

History: Was a manager at a hardware store trying to get enough profit to buy his own apartment so he could move out of his moms he was in boy scouts and overall had a good childhood and was in the boy scouts he knows the skills to survival and smarts and tactics combined hes your above average survivor who cares for his group and is a fighter
How the hell do you know me? I'm kidding. But the character you described fits me almost perfectly. Even the name. (I'm Ema). That's kind of funny.

Nationality: Danish.

Personality: Gustav seems like a blunt and uncaring person at first, but if he warms up to be people by time he'll trust them, but in the end he doesn't end up trusting many with his life. Gustav jokes a lot, which might result in some bad jokes and some good jokes, he can also cheer people up when they're in a bad situation. Mostly a loner.
Appearance: 6'2", 136 pounds, long blonde hair, blue eyes, wears a blue hoodie and jeans.
History: Gustav was a school student, he was mostly a loner during school, so he had few friends, when shit hit the fan he went to get some supplies, then he's been on his own since then, hoping to find a group of people that he can trust. His family moved to America when he was seven.
