Are hubs really the reason why characters aren't developed?

edited July 2014 in The Walking Dead

Why I ask this? Well, the 400 days characters were pretty developed and the episodes they participated in were very short and Walter had a pretty short interaction with Clem and I felt for his death. I don't think its more of the lines of how much we interact with characters and its more of the lines to what the characters do in the story. I don't know much about Luke, but I still give a shit about him, because he has a purpose in the story. While most of the characters don't feel useful or haven't done much in story and they don't feel very ''necessary''. Which is why I don't care much about them, well most of them to be exact. I apologise, for any grammer mistakes

  • Probably, or maybe Telltlale is not giving us many options to interact with the S2 crew, they'll probably give us a hub but probably won't really have us talk with anyone that long to get to know them. I honestly could really do without the time skips, the 5 day time skip REALLY annoyed me in S2 episode 2.

I didn't have a hub with Nick, but man is he one of my favorite characters in the entire series.

  • It's because of how little we interact with the characters. One way we interacted with the characters a ton in Season 1 was through hubs worlds.

  • Yep this has been the main thing lacking in this season. Character development

  • I think some people might have missed some chances to interact with characters.

  • NICK IS LOVE. NICK IS LIFE

    SAVE NICK.
