What time do an episode release at?

For Xbox to be sure. I also live in a Eastern time zone.

    Well "Cry wolf" on Xbox came up about 11 AM GMT.
    I think they normally come on earlier than that by 1-2 hours.

    I heard last episode released at midnight. I think.

    Not sure if 12 AM PDT/3 AM or 9 PM PDT/12 AM EST

    I think 11 GMT would 6 EST.
    From what I remember EST is five hours behind.
