It's not who survives, but who's dead. My guess is everyone is dead except one or two people (not including Clementine, because come on, she's the main character. She's not going to die). I hate to say this...but the baby is probably dead. Kenny is probably dead (fired his gun, which makes a target out of him), and Luke is probably dead (don't know why, but that's what I would think).
Additionally, is possible someone from the opposing group survived. So... new members in a group?
I think the woman who left (Jane I think her name is) will be hiding in the woods and will come out guns blasting (probably with an AK47) and shoot all the bad guys (who just so happen to be in a row), I mean we only saw about three of them. Its the perfect plot twist without killing any characters so meaninglessly and out of our control.
Its just our assumption (engineered by telltale for a cliff hangar) that some getting shot by the Russians.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but.. It's either Bonnie or Mike that's dying in that gunfight.. They set them up and now they want to rip them out of our hands.. Hell if they want to be real cruel about it they'll kill both off, but I doubt that'll happen. Perhaps one will survive with bullet wounds and die at the end... Oh God no.. Just think, if Mike survives with a bullet wound and dies saving Clem at the end of the episode T_T.. I can't, it's too much!

It actually would be interesting to see how Jane would react to being pregnant herself and depending on other people. I don't really want to see that in the game, but it would be a nice character arc. I doubt she will reappear at all though.
